● Electrode tilt and rotation can be easily compensated on the unit via the vertical direction/rotation direction adjustment function.
● A high precision holder having a holder installation/removal repeatability of 2 μm.
● Adjustment is easier for all series thanks to finer adjusting increments. (In-house comparison, 25% increase)

● Selection of chucking system
The following specifications are included as standard for the R and E models, respectively.
