● The DLC coating has excellent wear resistance and deposition resistant properties that make it ideal for machining aluminum.
● It adopts a sharp cutting edge that prevents the built-up edge that is unique to aluminum.
● The corners of the blade tip are slightly rounded to prevent chipping when cutting.
● Shank relief makes it suitable also in cases where tool interference may be an issue.
● The rounded edge of the blade rear end suppresses machining streaks caused by the multi-stage machining of side surfaces.
